Viparita Karani – also known as legs-up-on-the-wall – is a yoga position where you lay on your back and rest your legs against a wall. This pose has been linked with aiding in aging and enhancing blood flow throughout the body.
Performing this pose is very simple – all you do is lay on the floor on a mat or on your bed, lift your legs, and rest them on a wall. Try and get your hips as close to the wall as possible. Essentially, your body should be in an “L” position.
