Dr. Glenville also explained that consuming more fatty foods will improve sexual sensation too. “Fats will also help to keep tissues like the vagina lubricated and soft. Berries are high in antioxidants, which help optimize blood flow to the sex organs and oysters are rich in zinc, important for the production of sex hormones.”
